What happens with my money? Assurance in Difficult Times
““We are delighted with the services and outcomes from Wanaka Tiny House Factory.
Their staging and optioneering was clear, they delivered to site on time, their pricing was accurate and deposits well sequenced, and all our visitors marvel at its finish.
Let quality win!””

Have you heard about a tiny house business going into liquidation with customers owed 6-figure sums? It is tough to run a successful construction business, not just tiny homes. We cannot claim to be immune to the economic situation, but here is what we do to minimize your risk:
You can check at any time what we do with your money. This includes asking for proof of material orders that have your reference number on it, pictures of progress or personal site visits.
We communicate clearly with you about expected delays or material shortages. If the construction slows down, you will know why, and we will not ask for further payments during that period.
We will only ever ask for the next payment after a stage of the build has been completed. You can check that in person or we send pictures before you pay an invoice.
The most you will have to pay at any one time is $50,000 or 20% of the fixed-price contract.
We are not the cheapest. Combined with our low overheads, this works in your favour because it means a solid business that delivers quality and after-sale care once your Tiny House has been delivered.
