Shaye’s Tiny Homes are some of the most popular tiny houses in New Zealand. We work closely with Shaye and her team on every home, going to Auckland frequently for a chat about the latest design ideas.

HAZEL
The focus of this design was to create a future-proof home with two bedrooms offering full-height walking spaces for older children or a second adult

BRITT
Britt is a variation of our popular Hazel design. For people who prefer the look of straight sharp lines rather than the more classic look of the bay window.

SOPHIE
The Sophie design differs from the other designs in that it has the central kitchen with a cozy TV lounge to the side.

LARA
Lara was designed for people who do not want to go up and down stairs. It is proving to be a popular design for retired people, young couples, singles and even families.

JASMINE
The Jasmine design has a Spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen similar to Britt and Hazel but the bathroom is more spacious. With the addition of a separate laundry room.

TYLER
The Tyler was designed so that all the living space is on the ground floor.

The Steph tiny home design. This compact home feels spacious with high ceilings, heaps of storage and open plan feel.

HOLLY
This gorgeous little home was an evolution of the Hazel tiny house. The goal was to have a downstairs bedroom that had a full-height standing area.

BOBBI
The Bobbi is suitable for big families. There have been a number of adaptations to the bedrooms to accommodate families of different sizes.

“CAN I CUSTOMIZE
ONE OF SHAYE’S DESIGNS?”
Definitely! We use 3D modeling software on all our homes. Certain changes are easy, such as removing an opening, or the colour or materials for the outside. Others are more complex. Talk to us about your ideas!

THE SAME AS SHAYE’S?”
The South Island models have slightly higher costs
for better insulation, structural snow and wind load requirements.

We’re glad you asked! We’ve made a few technical modifications to make sure our tiny homes are best suited for South Island conditions:
thermally broken windows set into the frames (not planted on the outside)
thermal wrap outside the framing
snow, coastal and very high wind zone structural design
heating options include wood heater, wetback hot water, heat pump, diesel or LPG heater and much more
