Our Tiny House Factories are located in Wanaka, Otago, and near Nelson, Tasman. We build for the South Island climate, snow loads, extreme wind conditions, cold and heat, mostly exceeding the New Zealand Building Code for residential dwellings for insulation, structural stability, and healthy living. We build small but perfectly comfortable and beautiful transportable homes, single and double storey designs.
We ship Tiny Homes to customers all over the South Island.
We are the Exclusive licenced builder of Shaye’s Tiny Homes in the south island.
